All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation and the deposit has been processed.
A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before the check-in date. Cancellations made between 15-30 days before arrival are subject to a 50% charge. Cancellations within 15 days of arrival are non-refundable.
A refundable security deposit is required for each stay. The amount varies by property and will be communicated during the booking process. The deposit is refunded within 7 days of departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged against the security deposit. Parties and events are only permitted at select properties with prior approval.
My Creta Villas acts as an intermediary between guests and property owners. While we take great care in curating our collection, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Heraklion, Crete.
